This is just one attempt to help Grihastha come up to the platform of Balanced and Healthy lifestyle. This materials still under contraction. Unconvinced regretted :-(

Physical healthsubtle and gross physical, material body in all levels. Care for subtle and gross physical body in all material aspects. Emotional health – mind, heart, feeling, emotions etc. Relationships in general and more specifically intimate ones. Professional health – intelligence, abilities, talents etc. Fields of activities trough which we receive our live-hood. Social health – ego in all levels. Include our individual mindfulness practices and participation in social groups, societies and institutions.
1st level – 20 min daily plus 1 hours weekly ______________ _______________
5 min daily healthy movements: hatha yoga, pranayama, exercises etc. 0 minHour of Pure Love” per week with every family member and 1-2 most intimate friend. 0 min daily: 0 min read some professional book, magazine, newspaper, website etc and every day learn to use some good-one professional tip, aspect, angel etc. 15 min daily: Individual Spiritual practice – 10 min chanting of mantras, prayers, worship of Deities etc; 5+ min reading of spiritual revealed scriptures. Plus 1 hours weekly: association with devotees, devotional services for Vishnu in some social group or/and institutions.
2nd level
__ min daily:
5 min self oil massage and at least 5 min daily healthy movements: hatha yoga, pranayama, exercises etc
__ minHour of Pure Love” per week with every family member and 1-2 most intimate friend __ min daily: 5+ min after breakfast plan a all day and our work; 5 min read some professional book, magazine, newspaper, website etc and every day learn to use some good-one professional tip, aspect, angel etc __ min daily: Individual Spiritual practice – 10 min chanting of mantras, prayers, worship of Deities etc; 5+ min reading of spiritual revealed scriptures. Plus 1 hours weekly: association with devotees, devotional services for Vishnu in some social group or/and institutions.
3rd level

5th level – 3 hours daily plus 4 hours weekly
